小伝馬町の人気なラーメン屋さんに初訪問してきました。
三鷹に本店のあるすず鬼の流れを汲むお店。
特製スタミナ中華セット¥1550を券売機で購入。スタミナって言葉、そそられますw
まず見た目がすごい。ニラ、玉ねぎ、長ネギ、豚バラ肉のてんこ盛り。
甘めのスープは醤油が効いていて、動物出汁の旨みがガツンときます。
浅草開花楼の太めのガシガシでモチっとした麺は歯応えあって、コクのあるスープと良く絡みます。食べ応え抜群。
これはご飯と卵はマストですね。めちゃくちゃスタミナつきます。
美味しかったです。
