Sweet potatoes and cream cheese, potato salad, and carrot rapais were all towering like mountains! The vegetables in the purple cabbage, marinated eggplant, and ratatouille are all fresh! Each item is made with great care and tastes very satisfying. Perfect with stylish etiquette white wine (SAECULA)! <Iwate Chinese Herbal Beef Shoulder Loin Steak > As the name suggests, this Wagyu beef is raised using Chinese herbs, so the fat is healthy and the flavor is strong. The meat is soft and when you bite into it, the fat is overflowing with sweetness. The red wine (PONY) selected by the chef goes really well with it. <Cream Bolognese> Using Asakusa Kaikaro's low-hydration pasta fresca Original noodles from Asakusa Kaikaro, the master of Karasu It's so chewy! The balance and texture of the rich cream and coarsely minced meat was exquisite, and I wanted a second helping! The pasta is so delicious that I want to conquer it all! Check out the other menu items as well. Each plate of appetizers, meat, and pasta is voluminous, so you'll be quite full. The best part is that the chef quietly selects the wine that's perfect for that day's dishes. I highly recommend Chere Otsu Italian Cuisine Restaurant on the East Side. Save it and give it a try!
