I didn't know the restaurant, but my drinking buddy made a reservation, so I was invited to go. When I asked, I heard that he had found an opening on Omakase and was able to make a reservation. When I asked the staff, they said that reserved a cancellation due to a private reservation, so they opened it up. Basically, they don't seem to take new customers. The chef is young, and the contrast with the food that comes out is amazing lol. It's expensive, but the ingredients are good! Japanese-style meal is delicious lol. I've been to a restaurant in Kyoto that costs over 90,000 yen, so I was happy to spend over 40,000 yen on drinks lol. So I made a reservation for the next time and went home. I'm looking forward to going again in the summer.
