人形町にある「四季料理 きたがいち」
細い階段を上っていくと、和風の落ち着いた空間がありました。
カウンター6席。
3階には個室があるようです。
本日の煮魚御膳1600円を注文しました。
聞いてみると、本日のお魚は金目鯛ということです。
こじんまりとしたお店ですが、ランチのメニュー数は意外と豊富。
何度か通って数種類味わってみるのもあり。
ほうれん草のおひたし、しらすのせの小鉢とサラダ、胡瓜の漬物が先に提供されました。
程よい彩りのサラダで、牛蒡と蓮根の素揚げが食感のアクセントになっています。
パプリカは瑞々しいですし、水菜はシャキシャキ。
美味しいサラダでした。
味噌汁や胡瓜の漬物、煮付けのお出汁など、くっきり鮮明な味付けが特徴的でした。
夜飲みながら小料理を食べたときに合いそうな感じでしたね。
素材は十分、本格的な調理で、ちょっと贅沢なランチを味わえました。
口直しのわらび餅まで付いてきます。
