人形町は煙い。
危険な煙さではないので
消防車の出番はないけど、
そこら中の店で炭焼きしてる。
御飯時になると美味しい匂いが町を走る。
寅次郎とはフーテンというわけじゃない。
江戸っ子っぽい名前だが、
この店も炭火焼きで客を引き寄せる一つ。
焼き魚、しかもホッケなんて
家であまり食べないから、
外でプロに焼いてもらう。
干物ホッケの炭火焼き。
半身なのに厚みが凄い。
笑いが止まらない美味さとはこのこと。
しかし一人だし、大胆には笑えない。
ほくそ笑む程度。
ホッケも好きで干されたわけじゃないが、
干されてもこれだけ愛されるんだから、
干されることは恐れなくていいのかも。
