人形町駅近くに新しくオープンしたうどん屋さん。
門前には花がたくさん。食券制です。
食券機の左上にあったかけうどんをプッシュ。
5分程で到着。
麺は手打ち、出汁もいりこ出汁のそれなりに美味しく食べられるうどん。
ですが、それ以外に特徴がなく、かつかけうどん700円はこの立地を加味しても高い。
卓上調味料も七味のみ。天かす、ネギ等のサービスもなく、味の調節が七味一択は寂しい。。
人形町はおにやんま、谷や等、なにげにうどんの激戦区。
おにやんまの１.5倍の価格で、谷やほどのしなやかさや上品さは無い。
今のままだと少し厳しいかなあ。。。
