Instagramでたまたま人形町のお店の写真をアップしたら、「いいね」をしてくれた方がいて、
いいねの方どんな方だろう？と思って見たら
人形町をメインに写真をアップしてる方だった。
その方の写真をスラスラっと見ていると、
人形町にうどん屋さんが新規オープンとの事。
へぇ、、、
早速食べログ見ると、
微妙な感じ 笑
人形町に仕事で行き、
うどん食べたいなぁと思い、
谷やさんや、おにやんまではなく新店舗のコチラに来てみた。
遠目からお店を伺おうかな？と思って見たら、
店員さんが入口で呼び込みではないけれど立っている。
いいや、うどん食べたいしと思い挨拶を交わし入店。
食券を買い席に案内される。
メニューは訪問前に確認していたが、
かけで700円は少々高い印象。
おにやんまなら具も入る 笑
ランチセットがあるようで、
見ると、うどん（かけかつけ）、かき揚げ、
炊き込みご飯の様。
それならまあまあ量はありそう？
1000円入れてポチ。
先客は1人。
綺麗な店内。
まだ木の香りがするくらい新しい。
なのに1人 笑
先にうどんとご飯が到着。
その後にかき揚げを持ってきてくれた。
揚げてたのかな？
うどんはとろろ昆布と生姜が少し、
ネギと貝割れ大根が乗る。
暖かいうどんに生姜と貝割れ大根かぁ、、、
ぶっかけうどんの様。
つゆは香よくいりこ出汁が美味しい。
しかしうどんが、、、
出てきた時間を考えると茹でおきしてるよね？
回転が悪いから、うどんが疲れちゃった。
ご飯は鳥ごぼう。
あっさりと少し硬めに炊かれていて美味しい。
天ぷらは熱々ではないが、、、
暖かい。
サクサク。
うどん屋さんの付け合わせの天ぷらとしては悪くない。
暇だからか？お願いしてないけど、お水を足しに来てくれたり、食事の後は暖かいお茶を出してくれたり。
うどんにもひと口のりんごが付いていたり、
付加価値は良いと思うけれど。
いかんせん、うどんと単品の値段設定。
お客様が、たくさんきて回転が上がれば、
見込み茹ででも時間経たずに提供できるのだろうけれど。
どうせ客足が鈍いなら、
いっそ20分位提供待たせて、
茹でたて出した方が、味の評価は上がるかも知れない。
やっている事は美味しい部類だと思うけれど、
うどんと、客の入りでタイミングが合ってない様な気がする。
果たして今後どうなるか。
先に出した名前のうどん屋さんが近くにある。
強力な競合店にどう立ち向かうか、
少し楽しみだ。
