久しぶりに会う友人と。
私の宿泊先と彼が住んでる場所の間をとって人形町で。
あまり人形町分からないのですが、
評判良さそうなこちらのお店に。
コロナとかで会えてなかったので、
5-6年ぶりの再会に花が咲きます。
コースでお願いしました。
内容は
・生ハムのオイル漬け
・かつおの酒盗クリームチーズ
・雑魚と葱の変わり奴
・ボテトサラダ粒マスタードレッシング
・漬けまぐろの山掛け
・チキン南蛮特製タルタルソース
・林SPF豚のハムカツゴルゴンゾーラソース
・黒毛和牛のたたき
・自家製ざるうどん
出てくるお料理が絶妙にお酒を合って美味い。
クリーンチーズやゴルゴンゾーラソースなど
チーズを使った物が特に美味しかったぁ。
最後の〆でうどんが出て来るのですね、少し驚きですが最高に美味かったです！
