テーブルに置かれる前からものすごい燻製の良い香り。
食べるとそこまで燻製感はない。
美味しいけど、これにいぶりがっこ入れたいなぁ。

岩中豚しゃぶサラダ
マスタードが入ってる程よい甘みと酸味が良い。
