お誘いいただき訪問しました。
最近何かと話題の人形町。駅から至近の一軒家イタリアンです。１階に厨房が。客席は螺旋階段を上がった２階です。店名の「フィオーレ」通り、生花がところどころに飾られた瀟洒な空間はオフホワイトが基調。
ペアリング付きのコース（10780円）をいただきました。
お料理はアミューズ以外全てプリフィクス。
誰もが好む、万人受けするお料理が続きます。
とうもろこし、桃、メロンを使用した、季節感溢れる涼やかなお料理でした。
渡り蟹のパスタはソースが濃厚、味噌をしっかり使った味わい豊かなパスタ。
メインのポークはあっさり。それをソースが補います。
デートや女子会などにちょうど良い感じの雰囲気とお料理。
