人形町駅と水天宮前駅の中間ほどに位置するイタリアンレストラン。
随所にアートがあしらわれたお洒落な空間の中で、リーズナブルに本格イタリアンを楽しめるお店です。
2Fはレストラン、1Fではお料理で使うパスタなどを販売する業態となっています。
■メニュー
お料理はコース・アラカルトのどちらでもオーダー可能。
産地直送の鎌倉野菜を初めとして、上質な素材にこだわったお料理がお得に頂けます。
この日は5品のプリフィクスコース＋3種のワインペアリングのプラン（10,780円）をオーダーしました。
頂いたお料理は以下の通りです。
・とうもろこしのムース
・はかた地鶏のレバー入り パテドカンパーニュ
・渡り蟹のトマトクリームソース
・帆立のムース 枝豆のソース
・吉本牛肉deパンナコッタ ミルクのジェラート
・ワインペアリング3種
■感想
人形町に住む友人から教えてもらった、最近勢いに乗っている注目のイタリアンレストラン。
予約が取れるうちに行こうと思い、一週間程前に予約をしてお伺いしました。
コースはプリフィクスにしましたが、前菜・パスタ・メイン・デザートがそれぞれ4,5種類ずつ用意されており、選ぶ楽しさが味わえます。
この日1番印象に残っているのは、渡り蟹のトマトクリームパスタ。
渡り蟹の殻が盛り付けられており、見た目のインパクトも強いお料理ですが、何よりその美味しさに驚きます。
渡り蟹の凝縮された旨みが全面に押し出されつつも、トマトの酸味が食べやすさを付加しており、素晴らしいバランスを感じる一品でした。
メインで頂いた帆立のソテーも記憶に残る一品。
帆立本来の自然な甘みに、バターのしっかりとしたコクが合わさり、清涼感のある枝豆のソースが全体をまとめます。
お店の売りである産地直送の野菜もクオリティが高く、みずみずしい味わいを楽しめました。
接客のレベルも高く、定期的にお伺いしたくなるようなお店です。
