最近、人形町のお店を開拓しています。
今回、休日のディナーに選んだのは、一軒家イタリアンレストラン。
個室を予約しておいたら、予想以上に素敵なインテリア。
高級感があって可愛らしいお部屋にテンションが上がります。
この日は、シャンパーニュ、赤白ワインがついて11,000円と、お手頃なプリフィクスコースをオーダー。

前菜、パスタ、メイン、デザートがそれぞれ選べるのは
その日の気分で食べたい物が変わる私にはかなり嬉しい構成。
【Amuse】
■とうもろこしのムース
→イタリア製の可愛らしい器。食感の良い焼気とうもろこし入り。
優しい甘さでとっても美味しい。
■自家製フォッカッチャ
→見た目がブリオッシュみたいなフォッカッチャ。ピリリとするフレッシュなオリーブオイルに付けて頂きます。
【Anti pasto】
■桃と水牛のモッツァレラチーズ
～冷たい桃のスープ仕立て～
→シャンパーニュにピッタリ。これにしてよかった！桃はかなり大ぶりで、みずみずしい。
チーズとフルーツの組み合わせが大好きなので嬉しかった一皿。
【Primo Piatto】
■バジルとパルミジャーノチーズのアラビアータ スパゲッティ
→ロングパスタでトマト系のものが食べたい気分だったので、アラビアータを。
こちらのお店では生麺を使っているので、もっちもち。
しっかり1人前あるので、ランチだったらこれだけで良いくらい。
パスタが大好きなので、沢山食べられて嬉しい。
【Second Piatto】
■帆立のグリル ～枝豆のソース～
→おにくと迷ってこちらに。ホタテが大きい！
夏野菜のグリルは、ズッキーニが特に美味しかったです。
枝豆のクリーミーなソース。
白ワインが進みました。
【Dolce】
■大人のメロンソーダ
→本物のメロンを使った贅沢なメロンソーダ。あー、美味しすぎる～。
こういうメロンソーダなら、毎日飲みたい。
【最後のお飲み物】
■マダムツェンによる15年熟成！台湾高級烏龍茶
→台湾茶好きなのよね。熟成感のある芳醇な香り。温かいお茶でほっこり。
こんなにお料理が美味しいのに、シャンパーニュを含むワインも付いて、これは、破格だと思います。
店員さんもとても親切で、お料理やワインについて質問したら、丁寧に教えて下さいました。
ペアリングなしで6,600円のコースがあるし、ここはリピしたい！
もっと評価されるべきお店だと思いました。
