鎌倉野菜が大好きで、
よく鎌倉のお店に行ったりするのですが、
人形町にも鎌倉野菜を中心にしたイタリアンがあると聞いて、
伺ってみました。
1階はキッチンと生パスタなどの物販スペースになっていて、
2階がしっとりとしたレストランスペースになっています。
ディナーは￥6600（税込み）～で、
今回はこちらのコースにワイン3杯の付いた、
プリフィクスコース￥10780をお願いしました。
●とうもろこしのムース
とろりと濃厚で、
シンプルに塩とオリーブオイルで。
上に焼きとうもろこしを添えて。
●カツオのカルパッチョ〜和風ヴィネグレットソース〜
厚めのカルパッチョで、
きちんと旨味があって美味しい♪
●海老とフレッシュトマトのジェノベーゼスパゲッティ
少し変わったパスタだったので聞いてみると、
讃岐うどんの製麺所で作ったスパゲッティーニで、
柔らかめのツルツルなテクスチャー。
●オリヴィアポーク モッツァレラチーズのグリル
～トマトクリームソース〜
千葉県でオリーブを餌にしたポークで、
肩ロースのグリル。
臭みが全くなく、
しっとりと美味しい♪
●自家製フォカッチャ
シェフが毎日焼いているそう。
ふわふわでブリオッシュのような柔らかさで美味しい♪
●シャインマスカットとヨーグルト＆ピスタチオのジェラート
ヨーグルトでさっぱり！
●15年熟成の烏龍茶
サービスは付かず離れずでしたが、
一度お話しさせていただくと、
とても感じが良く、
いろいろと丁寧にお話しして下さいました。
