和食の技法、食材をふんだんに使った中華イノベーティブ。
広めのカウンターで今回食事したが、雰囲気の良さそうな個室もある。デートや会食に良い感じ。
料理はイノベーティブなので、好みは分かれそう。
中華を期待してると少し肩透かしかも知らないし。
品数は多いのでお腹はかなりいっぱいになります。
和食と中華の融合のような組み合わせが多いので、
中華の味わいを繊細に表現しているところがあるから、伝わり切らないところがあるのかも知らない。
一品一品は美味しいのだけど、思い返しの印象が薄いかもしれない。
1番の思い出は紹興酒美味しかった笑
ただ、立地、価格帯、予約の取りやすさ、雰囲気。ビジネス使いには最適のように思いました。
