I've always wanted to come here. A course that combines specialties. 95 points: Yellowtail radish, ginger black vinegar sauce, original nuts and chili oil accents, Cantonese steamed egg custard with shrimp soup, shrimp with button shrimp, shrimp with mango mayonnaise sauce, large shark's fin tail on top of Jinhua ham. Thickened soup with hot water Dongsing grouper's "Cheng zuen" Hong Kong style green onion ginger fish soy sauce Stir-fried yau macho and raw bean curd with rotten milk Eel aroma with roasted sansho pepper and sweet soy sauce sauce Hong Kong thin noodles with shrimp yun tsun Soup noodles, fried Seafood with seafood and lettuce, Cold Noodles noodles with sesame sauce, chicken and vegetables dressed with black vinegar, persimmon puree, and seasonal citrus fruits. All the dishes are special and exceptional. However, if you cram everything into a course, there won't be much left. (Well, it's my fault for choosing it, but...) Overall, this place was better than the previous restaurant I visited. There are also restaurants I haven't visited yet that are worth the number of stars. I see...
