TOP5000（当時）のお店みたいなのねで行ってみることに。天府コース￥8,800、生ビール￥900✕2、本日のグラスワイン￥1,000をいただいて、しめて￥12,979。料理の内容はアミューズ、季節の前菜盛り合わせ、鮮魚のサンラー茶碗蒸し仕立て、大山鶏のスパイシー炒め、旬のお野菜料理、お口直し、四川重慶の酢豚、デザートといった流れ。
お料理の感想ですが、多くが強い香り、辛さ、甘さ、苦さが主役といった風味で、自分は苦手な部類だなといったところです。茶碗蒸し仕立てはなかなか美味しかったかもですが、デザートはあまりいただけないかも。全くの個人的嗜好なので、逆に強い香りとかが好みの方には向いているのかもしれません。ちなみに、お酒はワインが中心みたいな気がしました。お料理に合わせたお酒といいよりワインに合わせたお料理といった印象かも。
お店は最寄り駅から数分の建物1階にあって、店内はカウンター10席とテーブルが1つあったような記憶です。カウンターの2席を1人で使うかたちでしたのでかなり落ち着いて食事ができました。接客も気持ちが良かったですし、有り難うございました。
完全禁煙。
事後調べでは2023年（令和4年）1月オープンみたいで、これからが楽しみなお店かと。ちなみに、オーナーシェフは天外天や老四川飄香などで腕を磨いた後に独立とありました。当時食べログ 3.73。間違いがありましたらご容赦下さい。
