息子と夜8:30からご飯を食べることになり、8,800円の天府というコースを予約してもらいました。

丁度いいテンポで料理が供されます。
アミューズの白玉団子のソースは中国の甘酒みたいなのがかけられて、甘酸っぱい初めての味。
サンラー茶碗蒸しは、益々食欲をそそる味。
メインに向かって色々な味が繰り出されます。

メインの四川重慶の酢豚は、町中華の酢豚とは全然違います。ゴロッと大きいのに、とても柔らかい豚肉ステーキに、麻辣ベースのスパイシーな黒酢ソースがかけられ、とても美味！
