歴史と伝統を持った粋な東京の下町人形町駅より程近くに店を構える「中国菜 ARATA」さんに伺いました。
2023年1月にオープンしています。
アクセスは、東京メトロ日比谷線、都営浅草線が乗入れている人形町駅より歩いて3分程です。
「協栄ビル」1階にあるモダンな外観です。
厨房を囲むように配置されたカウンター席は、ライブ感を楽しめます。
中園 健司氏は、麻布十番に店を構える四川料理の名店「飄香」さんで修業した経歴をお持ちです。
また調味料は、できる限り自家製にこだわっているそうです。
