ずっと気になっていた中華料理店。人形町にあります。
２０２３年１月にオープンしたよう。カウンターのみのオープンキッチン。
ランチコースの内容が気に入り、ネットが予約しました。
人形駅から歩いて３分ほど。街中華っぽくない、外観と店内。
ピラティスのレッスンを終えてから行ったので、少し遅いランチ。
まずは生ビールから。前菜盛り合わせがなんとも美味しくて、
ここはやっぱり美味しいと思いました。そしておしゃれ。
４種盛り合わせ、すべて美味しかったんですが、よだれ鶏のソースと
クリームチーズの紹興酒漬けがとても気に入りました。紹興酒がすすみます。
一品ずつ手間がかかっているんだろうな～。
充実した内容で５５００円とはリーズナブル。
糯米山菜焼売が非常に美味しくて、山菜がたっぷり入っていて、
好みでよだれ鶏のソースをつけて食べます。これがまた美味しい。
シェフのおすすめ料理は、ぶた肩ロースを揚げてから仕上げた
酢豚だと思うんですが、味は今まで食べたのとはまるで違っていて、なんとも奥深い。
初めていただいた中国野菜もありました。
オープンキッチンなので、ライブ感も楽しめます。
ここでのカウンター1人ランチいいな。
メインは麻婆豆腐と豆乳担々麺を選べます。
かなり悩んだんですが、豆乳担々麵の麺少な目でお願いしました。
桜エビと豆腐が入っていて、まろやかな味わい。
これも美味しい！ご夫婦で営まれていらっしゃるのかな。
接客もよかったです。２か月ごとにコース内容を変えているそう。
ここは定期的に通います。
