何回かランチでお世話になっているお店です。
本日はランチメニューの豚の角煮黒チャーハンと半ラーメンセット950円
初めて食べましたが、角煮は甘くて柔らかくて、変に八角が強調された中華風でもなくおいしかったです。黒チャーハンと混ぜて食べたら、これがまた合う。最後、味変で机に置いてある食べるラー油的なザクザク自家製ラー油を乗せて食べると、一気に味も変わって2度美味しい。
ラーメンも醤油ベースのごく一般的なお味でしたが、美味しかったです。具はもやし！なのに美味しい。スープがいいんでしょうね。
前回はランチの鳥と野菜の炒めをいただきましたが、これも私の好きな味で、個人的な評価ですが、一般的中華店の中では平均以上のお味だと思います。連れはこれを3回続けて食べてました。

東京は全般に中華のレベルが高くて嬉しいです。
