Go to [Tan to Harami meat.bank] on the 5th floor of the M's Cross building at the Ningyocho intersection, in a section of the ladder tower. Meat peas are green peppers that can be eaten raw and topped with a richly seasoned meat miso. Grill the narcotic liver by rolling it on a wire rack and serve with sesame oil.
