人形町交差点に割と最近できた商業施設、ハシゴ楼の5階にある焼肉屋さん。
名前の通りタンとハラミ推し。
少し価格が高めなのか、他のフロアと比べると5階はすいています。
土曜夜に訪問、客は2組のみで、店員さんの人数と客の人数が同じでした。
暇を持て余しているのか、店員さんのおしゃべりが目立ちました。
料理は提供スピードが早く(これもすいてるからというのもあるけど)、お肉は下味がしっかりとされていて美味しいですが、ガスロースターが微妙で、時間がかかるしむらができるしで、うまく焼くのが難しいです。やっぱりお肉は炭で焼くほうが美味しいのね。
食べ終わった後、追加注文あるかもしれないのにすぐに火を消されてしまって、残念でした。
ロケーションも良いし、モダンなお店の雰囲気はかっこいいので、もう少しサービスの質が上がったらもっと良いなと思いました。
