◯感想：人形町駅からすぐ近くのハシゴ楼を上がっていくと5階にお店がありました。店内は清潔感があり、横並びのカウンター席はデートにぴったりです！

この中でも名物のエロタンは塩加減最高の味付けと肉の柔らかさにやられてしまいました、、一口噛むと旨みが溢れでてきて、タンってまだ伸びしろがあったのかと思い知らされました笑
麻薬レバーも必ず食べてほしい中毒性のある一品です。新鮮なレバーを火を通しすぎずにいただくと、柔らかと旨みが爆発してます。
飲み放題の溢れんばかりの果肉たっぷりレモンサワーをつまみに、味付けも肉質も最高なハラミやホルモンも一瞬で完食しました笑
