Food Special Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) grilled with "Kishu Bincho charcoal"
Kyoto's local chicken "Tamba Kurodori" is available a la carte as well. We offer the "selection Course" which Nonotori representative Noami has developed through trial and error. Kishu Bincho charcoal is said to be the king of Bincho charcoal because it has high heat and makes chicken meat plump. Since it is grilled over charcoal, the unique aroma of binchotan charcoal whets the appetite, and when eaten with rice cooked in a clay pot, Nonotori's Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is exceptional!
Food ``Skin Senbei (rice crackers)'' slowly baked for 1 and a half hours
Crispy chicken Senbei (rice crackers) made with free-range chicken skin baked in the oven for an hour and a half. The charcoal scent is added at the end, so the fragrant aroma spreads from your mouth to your nose. Please enjoy the mysterious crunchy texture.

Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) The "Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) Jyu" is filled to the brim with a variety of rice dishes, including "Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl)", which uses "earthenware rice cooked in an earthenware pot" to bring out the true flavor of the rice, and "Banshu local eggs" imported from Taka-gun, Hyogo Prefecture. The most popular dish at the restaurant, "Egg over rice cooked in an earthenware pot" (limited to 10 servings), is different from the rice itself! Please taste the grains, sweetness, and texture of the rice.
