さんにお伺いさせていただきました、
場所は、人形町の交差点のハシゴ楼の2階です
内装は、2階4店舗の一つで玄関口になります。
関西風の「鶏だしおでん」をいただけるお店になります。
鶏ガラと野菜をベースに長時間煮込んだ、濃厚コラーゲンの「鶏だしおでん」
をいただけます。
夜はアラカルトですが、昼はン盛り合わせに御飯をつけられます、

・大根、厚揚げ、はんぺん、鰯つみれ、ちくわぶ
▶︎御飯、お新香
出汁おでんですが、
様々な部位の鶏肉、野菜、練りもの
とまさに種類豊富です、
