``Chicken Dashi Oden Kashimin Ningyocho Branch'' is an oden shop located in the Ladder Tower in Ningyocho. The main store is in Marunouchi, and there is also a branch in Aoyama. Yakitori skewers such as meatballs, chicken dish, and chicken wings are served dipped in chicken stock. Personally, I like the charred taste of yakitori, the dripping oil that falls on the charcoal and the smoked flavor, so I couldn't resist anything other than meatballs. The taste of Kyoto yuba was different from regular oden and I enjoyed it to some extent. You can also use the chicken stock as a finishing touch with Ramen. As the name of Ladder Tower suggests, this store fits the theme of having a bite to eat and then visiting other stores.
