I went out a little early today with a friend from my school days. His hometown is Ningyocho. The building dedicated to restaurants that was completed last year is called Hashigorou. A friend of mine introduced me to this restaurant because he saw it on TV. A chicken oden shop. There are various kinds of Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) skewers for the oden, but the best is the classic large radish and the chicken stock soaked in the deep-fried tofu. Of course the soup is delicious. That alone makes me want to drink. I adjusted the seasonings of miso and yuzu pepper to my liking. Thank you for the meal.
