Nicoさんから徒歩で20分くらい歩いて到着。
ハシゴ楼という1から5階まで飲食のテナントが入ったビルとなっていて、サク飲み大歓迎。
上から攻めることに。牡蠣は4階。
土曜日18:30-19:30滞在、最初は空いてましたが、退散する時は満席。
生牡蠣2P＋カヴァのセット 2310円
◇カヴァ
柑橘系のフルーティーな香りで牡蠣と相性抜群でした。軽やか。
もちろんハシゴする予定だったので、白ワインの量を少し少な目に入れてもらうことに。そのリクエストにも応えてくれました。
◆生牡蠣2P
岩牡蠣と真牡蠣のセット。タバスコとポン酢が卓上にありましたが、レモンだけで充分でした。
ミルキーさと濃厚さを兼ね備えていて、非常に新鮮でした。
コスパが良いのかはやや疑問ですが、サクッと生牡蠣と美味しい白ワインが飲めて最高でした！
