生牡蠣の次は牛タン串！なんて贅沢なんだ...
3階にあります。
土曜日19:30-20:40滞在。入店時からほぼ満席でした。

噛みしめるほど旨味が...お酒が進みます。やや小さめ。

友人チョイス。

脂が乗っているけれど香ばしく火入れされてサクッと噛めます。
柚子胡椒が付いてきますが、塩は強めに振ってあるので、酒の肴に。
私が頼んだみかんサワーに柚子胡椒、これが合うんですよ...（恐怖）
◆稀少部位たんずり 340円
世界初の部位らしいですが、砂肝的な立ち位置なのか？牛タンより歯応えが強い！噛むほど旨味も強い！気に入りました。
1人1200円でコスパ良し、ハシゴするならこちらは絶対挟みたいところですね。
