My first impression was that the restaurant was quite small. I'm glad I reserved a sofa seat. The service started with Small dish shrimp, but... it didn't suit my taste so I sent it to my friend. I was starting to feel anxious about the future... A bowl of extremely thin Cow tongue arrived. (By the way, I was mildly against it...) We both really like Cow tongue, but I was surprised because it was the thinnest slice I've ever seen. I cut it into thick slices without hesitation, so of course I shared it with my friend. Looks like he regretted it. So, to some extent? ! It's more expensive, but if you want to feel satisfied, I recommend the thick slices.I don't think it can be helped in this price range, but if you want to eat crispy Cow tongue using foreign male tongue, then... That's what it feels like. As expected, I like the female Kuroge Wagyu beef tongue (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) There is a lot of barley rice, so it might be difficult to think about the balance lol Tororo saved me! The soup was light and lightly seasoned. Thank you for the meal.
