Since the last review of our visit in September 2023, we have visited our restaurant again during lunch time, and as of January 2024, we have visited 16 times, so it is time to update our review of our return visit. The restaurant opens at 11 a.m. for lunch, but I usually visit after 11:30, so I'm usually the first one there that day. There are seats on the first and second floors, but I have only used the first floor. On the first floor, there are 3 tables for 4 people and 1 table for 2 people, so I always refrain from going to the 2-person table. For lunch, there are 6 types of regular and daily specials, but unfortunately there are sometimes no daily specials. The six regular dishes are Mapo Tofu Set Meal (850 yen), Drool Chicken Set Meal (850 yen), Katsuni Set Meal (850 yen), Nanban Tartare Set Meal (850 yen), Grilled Fish Set Meal (850 yen), and Ginger Grilled Pork. It's a set meal (850 yen), with free refills of rice. On the other hand, the menu names for daily specials are written on whiteboards both outside and inside the store, so if you're looking for daily specials, check the menu names before deciding whether to use them. In my case, after conquering the 6 types of regulars, I look forward to visiting each day to see what's on offer each day. Below, I would like to briefly comment on the menu items that I have tasted so far that left an impression on me. If I were to arrange the six types of regulars according to my personal preference, the order would be Nanban Tartare Set → Ginger Grilled Pork Set → Katsuni Set → Mapo Tofu Set → Drool Chicken Set → Grilled Fish Set. There are two types of grilled fish set meals: mackerel and atka mackerel, and both take about 20 minutes to grill. The reason why I ranked the grilled fish set meal last is not because of the taste, so if you have the time, please give it a try. The nanban tartare set meal, pork ginger grilled set meal, and katsuni set meal are hearty and go well with the rice, so we recommend them. The daily specials that stick out to me are the vinegar and spicy potato shredded set meal (800 yen), the pork and green onion stir-fry set meal (800 yen), and the mackerel and Karaage set meal (800 yen). In particular, I had imagined the mackerel Karaage karaage set meal to be salt-grilled mackerel and fried chicken, but I was surprised to find that the mackerel was also fried. Please check out the daily specials and try them if you're interested.

A casual Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) private rooms located about a 2-minute walk from Ningyocho Station Exit A3. Today is a Friday weekend, so I decided to have a drink with two of my usual colleagues on the way home from work. A colleague of mine picked this restaurant up online, and I've been using it for lunch from time to time. Since I arrived in front of the store early, just after 5:30 pm, there were no other customers on the first floor. We entered and were shown to a private room-style table in the back left. I made a reservation in advance for the [Hoshizuki Course] 7 popular dishes including homemade fried Gyoza / Dumpling + 2 hours of all-you-can-drink (4,500 yen ⇒ 3,500 yen), so I ordered my favorite drink, toasted, and then enjoyed the course meal. Just wait for it to come out. The dishes in the [Star Moon Course] consist of (1) Small dish, (2) colorful vegetable salad, (3) homemade fried Gyoza / Dumpling, (4) fried chicken, (5) mapo tofu, (6) kimchi fried rice, and (7) today's dessert. . After making a toast, we were eating (1) Small dish of sashimi, and then (2) a colorful vegetable salad appeared. The colors are beautiful, and the portions are ample, with lettuce, cabbage (green), tomatoes (red), and paprika (red and yellow). ③The homemade fried Gyoza / Dumpling (2 pieces per person) are large and filled with bean paste, making them a satisfying meal. ④The fried chicken (1 piece per person) is freshly fried and very juicy. Personally, this was the most delicious of today's course meals. ⑤Mabo tofu was served on a large plate and appeared with a bang. It didn't taste particularly authentic, but it was spicy and delicious. ⑥ The kimchi fried rice was impressive because of its light color, and when I actually tried it, it had a light and light taste. ⑦After I finished eating today's dessert of almond tofu, I felt like I didn't have enough to eat, so I would have been happy if there was a little more volume (another dish). However, in these days when raw materials and labor costs are rising, I would have to say that 3,500 yen for a 2-hour all-you-can-drink course is a good value for money. The private room on the second floor has a table with a sunken kotatsu table, so if you are interested, please come and visit our restaurant.
