東京・人形町にあるスペイン料理のお店「コングスト」。2023年の10月にオープンしたばかりのお店で、すでにグルメな層からの支持も厚く、予約が取りづらくなってきているという。
そんなコングストのシェフ、坂田さんは銀座の「スリオラ」鎌倉の「アンチョア」などで経験を積んだ方。僕が訪れた時、ワンオペながら、時間帯の異なるお客さんに対応しながらでも、非常にスムーズに料理提供してくれており、心地いい時間を過ごすことができました。
コースのみで、価格は8,800円なのですが、前菜から〆のデザートまでのどの料理も食べ進めるのが楽しく、美味しい料理ばかりでした。個人的には「ピキージョ」という赤ピーマンの中に肉を入れる料理が印象的でした。今回は馬肉が入っていましたが、非常に美味しかったです。
4名で訪れるとパエリアを2種提供してくれるみたいなので、一度に2種類食べたい方は4名での予約がおすすめです。
この価格で、このボリュームとクオリティのスペイン料理が味わえるのは凄い。一気に人気が出て予約が取れなくなりそうな気がします。
