愛知県から仕入れた新鮮なこだわりのうなぎを、皮はパリパリ、身はふっくらの関西風の焼き方で味わえる
ランチはうなぎ屋さん、ディナーはうなぎメインの居酒屋さんに
1階はカウンター席メインで2階はテーブル席メインで広々な店内！2階はいいかんじに日差しも入ってきてぽかぽか
カウンター席も多いので1人でも行きやすい✌
今回はランチに伺いました☀️
ランチメニューはお馴染みのうな重、ひつまぶしに加えてお店オリジナルのutsuke丼の３種類！

utsuke丼(松)
お店イチオシはutsuke丼との事で、そちらの松をいただきました
utsuke丼はうなぎに加えていくら、うに、ほたて、海老、カニと豪華海鮮をトッピングしたお店オリジナルどんぶり
見た目から非常に華やか✨️
松はうなぎ以外の海鮮が全て増し増しになっている☺️
写真で見ていたよりもどんぶりが大きくてびっくり！勝手にお茶碗サイズくらいを想像してたけど流石にそれは小さすぎるか
自慢のうなぎは皮がめっちゃぱりぱり
そして地味に驚いたのが海老のぷりぷりさ笑
他の海鮮ももちろんおいしくて、うなぎだけじゃなく海鮮も新鮮で良質なものを使用されているんだな〜と一丁前に偉そうなことを思っていました
少し残しておいて〆は出汁をかけてお茶漬けに☺️
見た目が映なのはもちろん、味も間違いなしのオリジナルどんぶりでした☺️
