子どもの頃好きな食べ物は？と聞かれて「うな重」
と答えていたようですが、大人になってなかなか食べる機会が少なくなりました。
お酒を飲むようになってからはうな重よりも、鰻をつまみながら飲みたいなぁと思うようになり今回はこちらの「躻」さんへ。
最寄り駅は馬喰横山駅ですが人形町駅からも歩けます！
お店は二階建てで意外と席数がありますね。
店員さんが料理とドリンクの説明をしてくれます。
何やらお酒はお茶割りにこだわっているそうで、それぞれの焼酎も種類が違うそうです。
抹茶ハイはバナナの香りの芋焼酎を使っていてバナナの香りがふわっと広がりました。

関西風は蒸さないのでパリッとしていて香ばしいのが特徴です。
お好みで岩塩・トリュフ塩・抹茶塩を。
山椒を効かせるとさらに美味しい！
ひつまぶしは贅沢に1尾丸々使っています。
2人でシェアしてちょうどよかったです。
最後に出汁を入れてお茶漬け風にすると〆にぴったりでした。
