浜名湖から仕入れたウナギを安く提供していると噂の躻さんを予約して行ってみました。
摘みに注文した枝豆のペペロンが意外と美味しくてビールやハイボールのおともにぴったりです。
それとインスタ映えするポテトサラダ フォルムが珍しくポテサラとは気が付かないですね。
関西風の地焼きのかば焼きで大盛りのマウンテンという名称で提供されるうな重を頼んでる方が多いです。 これがお店の売りなんですね。
今回はひつまぶし注文！
鰻は肉厚感には欠けますが、パリッと焼きあがって美味しいです。量もかなりあります。
ひつまぶしなので当然あじ変ができて出汁茶漬けにしてもうまいです。
次回はマウンテンかUTSUKE海鮮丼にトライしてみたいですね！
