神宮球場行く前、試合前の腹ごしらえ
『中華そば』800円
ノスラー系と思ってましたが、昔ながら
のお店っぽいだけで、ラーメン自体は
意外と斬新♪
たっぷりのシャキシャキもやし、
厚切りの豚バラチャーシューに、
しっかり味ついた煮玉子1/2個
一見、背脂？と思いきや、スープ一面
揚げ玉葱を浮かせてます
鶏ガラ清湯醤油スープ、割と「普通」に
なりそうな一杯を、見た目だけでなく
甘みとコク、香り、この揚げ玉葱が、
アクセント加え、いい仕事をしています
縮れ太麺、固めの茹で上がり
プリプリで、ムチっとした噛みごたえ
常に行列のお店だそうですが、平日の
16時半という一番空いてそうな時間
並んでる様子は無いが、満席の様なので
待とうとすると「上へ」と手合図
2階席にて相席しました
