21時頃に久しぶりの訪問です。
金曜日ですが、この時間でもまだほぼ満席と人気があります。
まずは生ビールから。
突き出しは、ガスパッチョとナッツ。
ガスパッチョの酸味がとてもいいです。
ワインは、ハウスワイン 赤 クネ・クリアンサ・びいどろオリジナルにします。
リオハのワインで、スペインらしい渋みと甘みのあるワイン。
食事はタパス盛り合わせにします。
チーズにオリーブ、サーモンとハモンセラーノにハモンイベリコベジャータなど。。
ワインに良く合います。
そしてアリオリポテト。ポテトサラダですが、ゴロゴロの大きいポテトでサッパリしたもの。
鮮魚のパリパリ揚げはハリハリが周りについて、中は白身が練られたたもの。美味しいです。
最後は魚介のパエリア。つまみにもなるし、やはりさすがびいどろです。
