クセになる味と評判の焼ビーフンをいただきました。
すごーく細い面がくっつきもせずパラパラで美味しかったです。
さっぱりめの味付けなので、卓上の辛いやつや酸っぱいやつをかけると味変できます。
カウンター席だったので、たくさんの料理人さんが手際よくいろいろ作っているのが見られて、それもおもしろかったです。
ひたすら揚げものを揚げている方がいて、それがとても美味しそうで気になりましたが、きっとディナー用なんだろうな。
いつか夜も行ってみたいです。
