いや、、最高でした。。。クリスマスディナーをどこで食べるか悩んだ挙句、こちらのレストランへ。
入ってからもう雰囲気がすごいんだもう、、
そして席に通されて目の前の夜景に圧倒。。
渋谷だったし、飛び切り高さのあるビルというわけではなかったので景色に関しては正直そこまで期待していなかったのだが、圧倒された。。（笑）
下を見下ろすと、スクランブルスクエアを一望することができ、奥もずーっと夜景が広がっている。。東京タワーとスカイツリーも確か見えた気がする。本当に最高だった。。
そしてお料理、、全てに感動した。特に特にメインのお肉は、今まで食べたことないレベルでもう、溶けた、、、本当にあんなに柔らかいお肉は初めて食べた。
ここにもう一度食事利用できることがあるならば、あのお肉はもう一度いただきたい。
デザートもクリスマス仕様でかわいかった。
お料理を持ってきてくださる時も2人がかりで、しつかりと説明をしてくださり、完璧な演出だった。
ドリンの質問した際もバーテンダーさんみたいに詳しく教えてくださり、当たり前かもしれないが、そういうところから、質の高さを感じた。
1杯目はスパークリングだったが、2杯目はビールと梅酒が入ったカクテル？を注文。これが美味しすぎた、、、
シナモン？ナツメグ？のような風味と梅酒の甘みをほんのり感じながら、ビールは感じなかったが、後味に麦の苦味が出てくる感じ。複雑だけど、繊細で、あれはずっとのんでいたい一杯だった。もちろんバー利用もできるため、あれをもう一度飲みに行きたい。こういうのこそ、他ではなかなか見かけない飲めないものになるので、価値があると感じた。
最高なクリスマスディナーをいただけました^_^
