【百名店☆過ごしやすい空間でゆっくり中華＠セルリアンタワー】
友人家族と食事
子連れだったためホテル内のレストランをチョイス
日曜日は食事だけで2500円以上の注文だそうです
13時に予約しており、もちろん店内は満席
子連れ家族が多い印象でやはり使い勝手の良さが伺えます。
といういうわけで飲茶のコースを注文
・本日のフカヒレスープ
・おすすめの一皿
・点心３点盛り
・締め
・デザート
というお得な組み合わせ
締めは、炒飯や坦々麺など
いろいろなラインナップからチョイスする形式
名物の坦々麺を選びましたが
残念ながらハズレ。。笑
麺が柔らかくスープがぬるめでした
時間がかかりそうだったので特に言わず。
飲茶含め、それ以外も特段美味しいわけではなく
うーん。普通かな。。
でも場所も空間も使いやすいのでまた来るかも。という感じ。

そこまで感動や記憶に残るものがなかったためか、、
夜は足が遠のいていた。
が、来てみた！
人数が多かったため個室＆コースに。
コースはカジュアルなものに好きなものを食べようとのことで
フカヒレスープを姿煮に。
枝豆のアミューズ
バイ貝の花椒香る旨煮
牛肉のおろし麻辣ソース
花きりアオリイカの塩味炒め
フカヒレの姿煮
沖縄県産キビまる豚スペアリブのコンフィ
とうもろこしとクワイの煎り焼き餅
鮮魚の旨辛豆豉ソース蒸し
冷やし坦々麺
フルーツ入りマンゴーかき氷
という内容。
四川中華だけあって
山椒・麻辣系の味付けが多く個人的には好きでした。
スペアリブのコンフィは外がガリッと、
中までしっかり味が染みていて美味しかった！
けれど、やはり感動・印象に残るレベルまでには到達せず。
高級枠に入る百名店！と意気込んで行くと
少し期待はずれ。
ホテルで便は良いので、またランチかな？
