本格的な四川麻婆は必食
日曜19時台に飛び込み訪問、普段の待ち状況はわかりませんがすぐに案内されました。
コースではなく単品を2人でシェアするスタイルで注文。
・シーフードサラダ
ネギオイルのドレッシングが美味しかったです。海鮮も大ぶりで食べごたえありました。
パクチーが結構入っており、私は平気なので良かったですが苦手な人も多いと思うので確認があると親切だなと思いました。
・かに肉入りふかひれ煮込み
味付け、食感ともに絶品です。ぺろっと食べてしまいました。
スープ系が食べたい方はぜひ。
・黒毛和牛とピーマンの細切り炒め
いわゆる青椒肉絲です。味付けが絶妙で特別美味しく感じました。
ユッケのような青椒肉絲も人気のようですね。次回トライしてみたいです。
・海老蒸し餃子・はるまき
点心もチョイ足しにオススメです。
はるまきの具材がぎっしりしていて美味しかったです！
・あわびの醤油煮
あわび自体も食べごたえあるのですが、醤油ベースのスープの味付けが天才的です。
飲み干したいほどでしたが麻婆豆腐が食べられなくなりそうで断念。
・四川飯店伝統の麻婆豆腐
かなり辛いですが、辛さに挑戦できる方はお冷やライスとあわせてぜひ食べていただきたいです。
四川らしさを感じられる本格さでイチオシです！
取り分けをスタッフの方にお願いしたのですが、料理の写真を撮っていると取り分け前に写真のために毎回テーブルまで持ってきて下さったり、サービスも丁寧でした。
お土産に坦々麺を買ったので、自宅で調理するのが楽しみです(*^^*)

ラストオーダーギリギリでしたが、快く入店させてもらいました。
平日遅い時間ということもあって店内は落ち着いてました。
本格的な中華はどのメニューを選んでも美味しく満足度高いです！
麻婆豆腐はかなり辛いですが、必食です(*^^*)
