我々世代の料理好きは特に大好きだった番組、料理の鉄人。
そんな鉄人の陳健一氏が味を伝承した名店。
今はお弟子さん達が腕を振る。
渋谷にある、セルリアンホテルのレストランフロアにある。
コースがメインなイメージだけど、ランチは気軽に味わえるメニューもある。
名物麻婆豆腐を頼もうかとト思いきや、写真を見て思わず汁なし担々麺を注文。
正宗担々麺 1898円
これら単純に好きだから。
10分くらいで到着。
スープがついてます。
パスタのような美しく盛り付けられた担々麺。
細めであるが面を感じる形。
もちもち感とツルツル感の絶妙なバランス。
胡麻の風味をベースに麻辣が全体を包み、挽肉わ細かく刻まれた様々な薬味が良いアクセントとなる。
これだけ、旨みが複雑なのに、素直に入ってきて、啜る手が止まらない。
上品だけど、庶民の心も掴む絶品担々麺に感動。
汁ありも食べたいし、代名詞の麻婆豆腐もいつか食べにこないと行けない！
