ほたて貝柱のミルク炒めは
ほたてのうま味がスープに溶け出して濃厚な味わい
フカヒレの煮込みがやばい。
醤油味にしました。
とろ火でじっくり煮て旨みたっぷり。トロッとした食感。
次の日お肌プルプルだった気がします。フカヒレの繊維の食感とじっくり煮込んだスープのうま味が最高。
海老のチリソース
大きくてプリプリのエビ
絶妙な甘酸っぱさとピリ辛のバランスがご飯にもお酒にも合う。
黒酢スブタ
酢豚 とのことですが、
ミートボールのようなお肉が黒い濃厚な黒酢餡に包まれていました。黒酢の風味はありつつも
酸味がキツくなく、まろやかな味わい。
締めのご飯が４種類の中から1品選べるとのことで、麻婆豆腐にしました。
辛いのが好きなので本格四川麻婆豆腐が嬉しかったです。
濃厚でコクがあり上品な味わいながらも山椒がピリッと効いてて美味しかったです。ご飯がすすむ。

大好きなエッグタルトに杏仁豆腐

エッグタルトは一口でパクっと。
外側サクサクで優しい甘さが広がります。
杏仁豆腐もぷるぷるとした食感で優しい甘さ。
やはり中華の締めにはこれですね。
広々としている店内に洗練された料理。
居心地が良く長居しちゃいました。
