2022年のクリスマスコースで伺いました。
タクシーがつかまらず、渋谷駅付近から歩いて松濤まで。
大幅に遅れたのにもかかわらず寒い中入り口で出迎え、室内に入っても柔かに対応して下さったことに心より感謝しています。
お料理、ワイン、サービス、空間どれをとっても最高のひとときでした。
お料理はさすが。全体のバランスも良く、最後まで苦しくならず、とても美味しく食べられました。個人的にですが全体的にとても好みの味です。特に極のスクランブルエッグ、オシェトラキャビアにクルトンが添えられたものが2022年すべての食事の中でNo.1でした。
赤ワインが苦手な私ですが、シャトーマロジャリアマルゴー2014は、赤ワインで初めて心から美味しいと思いました。シャンパーニュや白ワインも美味しいし飲みやすく、いつもは2-3杯で気持ち悪くなるのに全く気持ち悪くなりませんでした。
サービスも感動ものです。
お料理やワイン、美術品の知識を教えてくださるだけでなく、素敵な写真も沢山撮って下さいました。
写真で滅多に笑わない同伴者までいい笑顔でした。
