初めて伺いました。
フレンチ好きなのでフレンチは欠かせません。
今回は滞在が渋谷だったのでこちらを選ばせていただきました。
独特な雰囲気の地域に佇んでおり、到着時には案内の方が外で待機されていました。
店内は昭和モダンの雰囲気で気分が上がります。
ホワイトコーンのアイスクリーム さっぱりとしていてコクがあってそれでいて乳製品臭くなく美味しい。コーンの芯からも出汁をとっていると説明を受けて私の大好きなシェフの作り方と同じでさらに好きになりました。
帆立貝とムール貝のヴォロバン サフランソースが上品に香る。帆立貝とムール貝の火入れが絶妙です
あいなめのフリット あいなめのコクを感じられる一品 フリットといっても軽やかで食べやすいです
口直し ライチのシャーベットは香りがしっかりと生かされていて申し分ありません
フランス産ほろほろ鶏 サマートリュフ 付け合わせの紫キャベツがおいしくほろほろ鶏を引き立てていました。ジャガイモは北海道で美味しいものをいつも食べているので普通な印象。ほろほろ鶏はコンビニのサラダチキンとの差がないので残念でした。
小菓子のホワイトチョコレートはフランスのヴァローナのチョコレートを使用されているとのこと。口に入れた瞬間にベリーが香り、ホワイトチョコレートの香りとのマリアージュが最高でした。
全体的な料理構成、立地、雰囲気、値段、接客、バランスがいいです。また伺います。
