まずメニューが3つ（らーめん、味玉らーめん、焼き豚らーめん）だけと、店主がラーメンだけに絞ってこだわっているのが伝わりました。
一言で表すと、全ての具材が美味しかった。
まず麺にはコシがあり、甘みがあって、スープはまろやかでかつ濃厚で魚介豚骨らしさが率直に感じられました。
味玉、メンマ、チャーシューなどもまろやかなスープに沁みて、とても美味しかった。
ここは間違いなくリピートですね。
また渋谷に行く機会があれば寄りたいと思います！
