トロミのあるとんこつ醤油スープ。
令和の今となっては懐かしさすら感じるが、研ぎ澄まされた味わいに驚く。若干量が少ない。
麺はしなやかな茹で加減の中細麺。
麺量は多め、体感150-170g位。
焼豚は煮豚でホロホロの一歩手前。噛み心地もあり旨い。薄切りもあり、均一な厚さが欲しい。
メンマを箸休めに味玉をラストに完飲完食。
13:35退店時、外待ちは12名。
来店のタイミング良かったよう。
