19時に予約し来店。
予約は19時〜21時と21時〜の２部制になっているのか、20時では予約受付不可。
注意点としては、
・料理は1人2品注文しなくてはならない
・注文が2回しか出来ない為、遅れて来る方などいたら事前に何を注文したいか確認しておく(入店したら数分で注文を取りにこられます。あまりに遅いとその後急かされるのでご注意を)
女将さんぽい方とバイトの女の子がホールにおり、焼き方を説明したり、焼いてくれたりします。焼き方の説明を受けるまでは、触るな危険！！！
色々こだわりの詰まった品々になってるそうで、タレを絡めずに焼き、タレを2度漬けにした方が良いなど、1番美味しい焼き方を提供していただけます！
また、網の焦げ具合なども把握されているため、焼く順番を変えてしまうと後々焦げたまま焼かなければいけなくなると思います。。。
お肉の味は、どれを食べてもとても美味しかったです。
