並木橋なかむらの料理をたしなんだ後、なかむらから徒歩1分にある山頭火に会社の先輩と寄った。学生時代に同じ店に行って、塩ラーメンに感動し、ラーメンは塩が1番と長い間思わせてくれた山頭火。
３０年の年月を感じさせてくれた。
人は舌が肥えていくことがあり、３０年経つとより美味しいものが出来ていくのでしょう。３０年前の感動を舌は感じなかったかもしれないが、３０年前の学生時代を思い出させてくれた。
他店に負けないために変化も必要なことも痛感した。
