土曜日の9時頃に伺いました。
お客さんがいっぱいで
イートインは待ち時間が必要でした。
テイクアウトでしたらそのまま入って購入出来ます。
2003年に渋谷でオープンしたパン屋。
本場フランスさながらの本格パンの数々を取り揃え、パン好きの中で知らない人はいないほどの名店となっております
2017年2018年2019年2020年2022年と食べログのパン百名店に選ばれています。
私は普段小麦粉はほとんど摂りませんが
食品の商社をやっており、小麦粉も取り扱っているのでパン屋さんに行くのは好きで
一緒に台湾や中国のパン屋さんで指導してくれそうなパン職人さんも探しているので、先ず百名店は全て行ってみようと考えています。
日本産の小麦粉100%のお店が好きです。
全粒粉100%やグルテンフリーでヴィーガンならもっと好きです。
セレアル・マロンがとても気になり、購入しました
